Slovak retail network of brand stores “Mäsiarstvo u býka“ butcher´s and RYBABISTRO is also a part of TAURIS Group. 150 stores in total cover a great part of Slovakia. Thanks to this fact, TAURIS and RYBA Košice products get to homes of all consumers.
The store porfolio consists of a wide range of fresh pork, beef and game meat from our own fresh meat processing plant and high-quality TAURIS meat products such as hams, sausages and salamis. Each store also offers a heated counter display and a wide range of fish and delicatessen products from RYBA Košice.
The retail network also has its own customer loyalty programme with many benefits for customers.
Besides already existing “Mäsiarstvo u býka“ butcher´s and RYBABISTRO stores, the company is preparing a top-class stores with a timeless concept, so called flagship stores in Bratislava, Košice, Žilina and Prague.
RYBABISTRO is also a part of the Slovak retail network of TAURIS brand stores. There are two types of RYBABISTRO: individual RYBABISTRO or RYBABISTRO as part of “Mäsiarstvo u býka“ butcher´s.
A fast food chain with fish meals is a combination of a retro snack bar/canteen with authentic Slovak fast food – cod in mayonnaise and two rolls – and a modern bistro with warm fish meals selection.
A wide product range consists of RYBA Košice fish products and delicatessen salads and PIKNIK products directly from RYBA Košice, the traditional producer.
The first RYBABISTRO was opened directly on premises of RYBA Košice company in 2019.
TAURIS Group consists of four production plants (TAURIS Rimavská Sobota, TAURIS Spišská Nová Ves, TAURIS Mojmírovce and RYBA Košice), its own brand retail market chain “Mäsiarstvo u býka“ butcher´s, Rybabistro and TAURIS distribution – a Slovak logistics and distribution centre.
